Investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has lost his 25 million defamation case against Hon. Kennedy Agyapong after the judge tagged him as an investigative terrorist.
This occurred when Judge threw out Anas’ defamation claim against Kennedy Agyapong.
Judge Eric Baah of the appeals court stated Anas Aremeyaw Anas demands money from his opponents, and when they refuse, he broadcasts their video which is blackmail.

Kennedy Agyapong was sued for defamation after Anas brought up his controversial “Who Watches The Watchman” video; the court declared Kennedy Agyapong not guilty.
Kennedy Agyapong was sued by Anas, who asked for 25 million cedis in damages, but the judge fined him 50,000 cedis because Anas lost the case.
