A lady on social media has shocked netizens with her new look after weeks of depriving herself from food.

According to the lady, she saw she was getting fat and since she didn’t have the means to undergo surgery to reconstruct her body, she decided to come up with a plan.

The plan was just to starve herself in the name of fasting for weeks to see the outcome and it paid off.

The woman didn’t disclose the intermittent fasting regimen she used to get her new body type, but it basically entails going without food for a certain amount of time every day or week.

Alternate-day fasting is one well-liked method of intermittent fasting.

Eat normally one day, and the following day, either fast entirely or have one modest meal (less than 500 calories).

The woman’s video generated emotions on social media. Some stated they had tried intermittent fasting before and found it difficult since it required consistency and determination, while others were impressed by her and wanted to try it this year.
