Ghanaian comic-skit performer Dr Likee, real name Ebenezer Akwasi Antwi, was almost a victim of mobile money fraud.
While his team was getting ready to film one of their skits, it took place on set.
A unknown number called Dr. Likee while he was still on the set and said that he had given money to him by mistake.

But the comedian who thought it might be a scam looked into it more.
The fraudster identified the victim as his idol during the questioning.
He became star-struck right away, and the phone call developed into a lively dialogue.
The MoMo fraudster claimed that legendary actor Agya Koo gave him Dr. Likee’s number, but Dr. Likee told him that he was lying.
