Adwoa Safo, the member of parliament for Dome Kwabenya, has come under fire from Ghanaian celebrity Afia Schwarzenegger for her bogus apology to her constituents.
Sarah Adwoa Safo, the MP for Dome-Kwabenya, offered an unequivocal apology to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) leadership, in particular to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and senior party officials.
Adwoa Safo revealed in a social media video that throughout her protracted absence from Parliament, she was dealing with both personal and familial matters.

She pleaded with the NPP’s leaders and backers for their pardon.
After visiting the US, Adwoa Safo was away from her job for more than a year. Some lawmakers demanded that her seat be declared vacant after her seat became vacant.
In a recent video, Afia responded to this by denouncing her as a deceptive individual.
