A social media user has exposed a Bolt driver who overcharged her for the trip and later absconded before she could take the items from the car.
According to the lady who shared the story on her Facebook page, she had ordered Bolt and was matched to one bolt driver identified as Patrick.
She explained that the driver was supposed to deliver some parcels to a certain location after he had picked them up from Adenta of which the charge was Ghc 13 but upon reaching his destination, he charged the receiver Ghc 26.

The netizen went on to add that before she could confirm the charge for the trip, the rider just left with the product and efforts to get him to bring back the product hadn’t been successful.
She posted: “Bolt Ghana Bolt this your driver is a thief and a criminal. Even back and forth the fare was Ghc13. When he came in the fare was Ghc 6 but he said Ghc26. When we wanted to confirm from the sender of items he drove off with our products.
He was annoyed because he said we were wasting his time and refused to pay him Ghc26. To him, we should not check the senders amount or receipt. This guy is a criminal! Imagine leaving your phone in his car !”
