Ghanaians have been advised to avoid eating fufu after 4 o’clock by certified Ghanaian dietician Dr. Ibrahim Osman because it is extremely risky.

It’s not advisable to eat fufu after 4 pm since it would put a lot of pressure on the small intestines and kidneys because it takes a long time to digest, according to Dr. Ibrahim, who was speaking in an interview on TV XYZ.

According to Dr. Ibrahim, fufu should be consumed either before noon or no later than that time.
