Afia Schwarzenegger filed a lawsuit against attorney Maurice Ampaw, claiming that he had disregarded the court’s orders.
According to the writ of summons, the reason for initiating the process was a recent incident in which Attorney Ampaw allegedly disregarded a court order by making disparaging remarks about Afia Schwarzenegger.
The document further states that Lawyer Ampaw’s comments, which were judged disrespectful, were a clear breach of an earlier decision.

Lawyer Ampaw is further required by the summons to appear in court to respond to the accusations and take responsibility for his actions.
In addition, Afia filed a lawsuit against Kasapa FM for enabling Attorney Maurice Ampaw to disparage her on their platform.
